Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Salesforce Trainee who has recently completed an internship in a software development company. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who have a foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform and are looking to build a long-term career in Salesforce development or administration. As a trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced Salesforce professionals, assisting in platform customization, configuration, and basic development tasks.

Skills

• Salesforce Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM concepts, including standard objects like Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
• Declarative Tools: Exposure to point-and-click tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts.
• Basic Development Understanding: Introductory familiarity with Apex (classes, triggers) and Visualforce
• Lightning Experience: Awareness of Salesforce Lightning and its user interface components.
• Data Management: Understanding of data import/export processes using tools like Data Import Wizard or Data Loader.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot simple issues and seek guidance to find solutions.
• CRM Knowledge: General understanding of how Salesforce supports sales, marketing, and service functions.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working as part of a team during internship projects, preferably in Agile or project-based environments.
• Willingness to Learn: Strong desire to improve technical skills, pursue Salesforce certifications, and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Communication: Basic professional communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal.
