We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our marketing team in building and maintaining our online presence. The intern will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and promoting our IT products and services to a global audience.

Skills

• Assist in managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels related to IT services, products, and company updates
• Write compelling captions and basic promotional content
• Help design basic creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare basic reports
• Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for content planning
