Lead Generation Executive


Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support our sales team by identifying and generating potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospecting, cold outreach, and building a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team in the IT services domain.

Skills

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and databases.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.

  • Qualify leads and share relevant information with the sales/business development team.

  • Schedule meetings or demos between potential clients and the sales team.

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems or sales tracking tools.

  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into potential opportunities.

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and business goals.

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and reports.
